Yup, that's a pretty typical Kris and Scott interaction. While Kris Jenner may have her own feelings about Scott Disick's highly publicized relationship with Sofia Richie, it's not necessarily Kris' place to say anything about it. Especially because her relationship with Robert Kardashian started in a similarly precarious circumstance.
Scott Disick's general reputation is that he's a party guy who has a penchant for making poor choices. While fans have seen his loving and friendly side on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the long running series has also shown him at some of his lowest moments. Because of the ups and downs the public has been privy to regarding his relationship with Kourtney Kardashian, his new courting of a 19 year old didn't go over very well.
Overall, the latest few episodes of Keeping Up With The Kardashians shows that Scott Disick was pretty separated from the rest of the family during shooting. Another scene recently premiered showing that Disick wasn't even aware that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were expecting a third child via surrogacy. All this airing just weeks after Kim welcomed baby Chicago into the world IRL.

While just 19 years old, she certainly seems like an adult who is enjoying a prosperous career. She's a successful model who has been featured in campaigns by Tommy Hilfiger, Michael Kors and Chanel.
While Kris Kardashian seems to be asking some judgmental questions to Scott Disick in the above clip, he gives it right back to her. There was a significant age difference between she and Robert Kardashian when they began seeing each other. But unlike Sofia Richie, Kris was actually underage at the time. This might have been a bit less of a focus back in 1978, but that type of arrangement likely would be met with some serious backlash if it happened today. As such, she probably doesn't have legs to stand on in a potential argument with Disick.
