Watch Beyonce Reunite With Destiny's Child For Cool Coachella Performance

When Beyoncé Knowles signed on for Coachella earlier this year, there was a lot of hope that she might reunite with her Destiny's Child group mates, and the famous singer didn't disappoint. On Saturday night, she popped on to the stage for the headlining performance, eventually bringing out Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, who formerly participated in Destiny's Child with the singer. The trio performed the hits "Lose My Breath," "Say My Name," and "Soldier." Although tickets for Coachella are expensive, you can relive the experience, below.

Partially through "Lose My Breath," Beyoncé introduced the crowd to Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and Rowland revealed that her "girl B was killing it tonight," before continuing the medley by singing part of the popular hit "Say My Name." They closed out the Destiny's Child portion of the performance with the aforementioned "Soldier," which also included an impressive number of back-up dancers. In total, the performance ran a little over 5 minutes and marked the first time the ladies of Destiny's Child had been on a stage together since Beyoncé headlined the Super Bowl halftime show back in 2013.

Previously, when Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined Bey on the stage at the Super Bowl, the ladies performed "Bootylicious" and "Independent Woman Part 2," before helping out Beyoncé with a rendition of her solo single "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)". Hopefully next time they reunite, we'll get a little "Survivor," or maybe even "Bills, Bills, Bills." There's still plenty of hits the ladies of Destiny's Child haven't performed together in a long while, and a girl can dream, right?

The singer made history by also being the first black woman to headline the popular music and arts festival in Indio, California. She even pointed it out while onstage, adding, 'ain't that bout a bitch." During the performance, Beyoncé performed a variety of different tracks. She also welcomed sister Solange Knowles and husband Jay-Z onstage during the performance. The latter was especially spectacular, considering last month the musical power couple announced the On The Run II stadium tour, which will see them play 21 dates in North America starting this summer. Jay-Z's appearance at Coachella was just a taste of what is to come. Take a look.

As for a full Destiny's Child reunion, although a tour would undoubtedly do very well, Beyoncé is doing really well on her own -- and she doesn't have to share the profits. A reunion may be a pipe dream, but we'll take what we can get. And three short songs at Coachella looks to be it.

Coachella will be back for its second weekend on Friday, April 20, 2018. Beyoncé hits the stage on Saturday at 11:05 p.m. For more on the lineup, head here.
