The hulking American football star, whose rags to riches tale was told in the movie The Blind Side, is to reveal all about his life in a new biography.

African-American Michael Oher rose from a life on the streets and became a star athlete in Tennessee after he was adopted by a white family. Now an offensive lineman for the Baltimore Ravens, Oher's story has already been chronicled by Michael Lewis, whose bestseller formed the basis for The Blind Side, which won Sandra Bullock a Best Actress Oscar.

The football star, who was portrayed by actor Quinton Aaron in the film, has now signed a deal with publishers at Gotham Books to turn his lifestory into a new book, I Beat the Odds, which will hit book stores in February 2011. (KL/LAT/JMA)
