Fast & Furious 6 SynopsisSince Dom (Diesel) and Brian's (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin's empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe. But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete. Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez). The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again. Building on the worldwide blockbuster success of Fast Five and taking the action, stunts and narrative to even greater heights, Fast & Furious 6 sees director Justin Lin back behind the camera for the fourth time. He is supported by longtime producers Neal H. Moritz and Vin Diesel, who welcome producer Clayton Townsend back to the series. Fast & Furious 6 Release Date

Now You See Me Tops After Earth At The Thursday Night Box Office![]() The Photoshops are pretty damn funny, with the stars of the franchise added to the plastic kid cars we all stared practicing on when we were children. What Would Fast & Furious 6 Look Like With Remote-Controlled Cars?![]() So now we all know that Justin Lin, after directing four of the films that fall under the racing franchise that is mostly fast and also furious, will not be back to direct Fast & Furious 7: American Shenanigans, or whatever it ends up being called. I mean, the sixth installment in this seemingly endless string of films hasn’t even come out yet – that happens on May 24 – but news about the sequel is already zipping around corners and leaving other film rumors in its dust.

Fast & Furious 7 Eyes Three Directors To Replace Justin Lin![]() The latest poster for the next installment to the Fast & Furious sequel reminds us that the movie arrives in theaters in a little over two months, right around the time when the Summer 2013 movie season will be roaring its engine, and hopefully already delivering on all of the potential and hype teased in the months leading up. In the case of Fast & Furious 6, all roads apparently lead to this.

Fast & Furious 6 Poster Puts The Characters Ahead Of The Cars![]() The sources speaking to the trade cite two reasons for Lin’s departure. First, the timing. Universal wants the seventh picture in theaters Summer 2014, citing a lack of legitimate tentpoles. That would mean Lin would have to start prepping Fast 7 as he finished post-production on Fast 6. That’s a grueling cycle.
