Lost Girl Preview: Syfy's Succubus Drama Premieres This January

Set to premiere on Syfy this January is Lost Girl, a series about a supernatural seductress named Bo. We have a clip from the series, which stars Anna Silk as a Succubus who’s trying to get by in today’s society by feeding of people’s sexual energy.

Here’s a fuller description of the series, as posted by Syfy:

Bo has since hit the road alone and afraid. She discovers she is one of the Fae, creatures of legend and folklore, who pass as humans while feeding off them in secret, as they have for millennia. She is faced with choosing an allegiance between the Dark or Light Fae clans. Bo decides to take the middle path between humans and the Fae while embarking on a personal mission to unlock the secrets of her origin, protecting humans along the way.

While the idea of a woman feeding off people’s “sexual energy” certain sounds sexy, based on this clip from the series, there will also be danger and creepy-faced demon-monsters.

Lost Girl premieres on Syfy on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 10:00 p.m. ET.
