Girls And Enlightened Episodes Debut Early On HBO Go And On Demand

In case you haven't heard, there's this little football game being played on Sunday called the Super Bowl, and since it's pretty much the most televised event of the year, sporting or otherwise, that means, as with most major broadcasts, there is usually a coinciding change to regular scheduled programming. Not all the networks are going to fill the slot with reruns, however, some, like HBO, have worked out a creative strategy that will allow viewers to not miss a beat and catch their Sunday night shows in a few different ways.

In this case, that might mean watching the premium network's current Sunday night staples, namely Girls and Enlightened, at a time other than Sunday night. So, if you're into the whole Ravens vs. 49ers thing, or even just the commercials, you can watch 'Early Premieres' of this weekend's episodes right now on HBO GO, just click on “It's A Shame About Ray” and "Follow Me," as well as On Demand or during special Saturday night screenings at 10 and 10:30 p.m. ET respectively.

Girls' “It's A Shame About Ray,” and Enlightened's "Follow Me" will also still air at their proper time on Sunday, February 3 at 9 p.m. ET on HBO. That's if you can find a TV that's not been commandeered by beer guzzling, nacho chomping football fans across the globe. Go Niners! And Laird! Head here if you want to see a preview for Season 2, Episode 4 of Girls before diving into the early premieres.
