As far as TV highlights go, Hulu is back to their old tricks with some solid original programming. After their usual double episode drop in December, the original series Into The Dark returns to its regularly scheduled monthly drops. And in February, it's all about love, as My Valentine tells a twisted story about how you should never mix business with pleasure; especially in the world of pop music.

On the comparatively lighter side of things, the formerly Disney+ bound series adaptation of the John Cusack film High Fidelity starts its series run at its new and proper home. With Zoe Kravitz in the gender-swapped lead, the tale of romance, self-reflection, and killer needle drops makes its way to a new generation of eyes and ears.

Last, but not least, the world of broadcast TV sees some well-beloved shows coming back for their latest runs of merriment. If you're a comedy fan, the latest season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine's debut on NBC means you'll be able to catch up with episodes not too long after they air. But we know what you're really wondering about, and yes, Season 3 of The Masked Singer is coming to Fox next month. If that llama with its tongue out isn't Miley Cyrus, then who could it really be?

Popcorn has never smelled sweeter, especially with the lineup of movies headed to Hulu's library in February. It may be way early to get a jump on Halloween, but horror and sci-fi movies play just as well in the off-season as they do during that special time of year.

Creatures of sizes great and human await you, as both J.J. Abrams' Super 8 and Danny Boyle's 28 Days Later will be coming online in February. Waiting to thrill those who need some adrenaline, and maybe a couple of tears, in their lives, these films are no slouch when it comes to action and emotion.

That said, if you really want some seasonally appropriate titles, Hulu has you covered there too. Valentine's day is probably the perfect time to revisit Will Smith's Hitch, as his relationship expert is known to make couples and singles laugh their blues away. And if you're preparing for The Oscars (which will be available to watch the day after they air on ABC,) you can remind yourself that The Fugitive won Tommy Lee Jones a Best Supporting Actor trophy but was never going to beat Schindler's List for Best Picture in any known universe.

February is a good month to be a Hulu subscriber. Though you should definitely keep an eye on the schedule, as these titles are subject to change, and could appear/disappear at random. Other than that, we'll see you around this time next month, when an extra day on the calendar gives us that much more time to take a look at what's in store for March 2020.
