Kim Kardashian Feels Like A ‘Loser’ Amidst Divorce In First Look At KUWTK's Final Season

The Kardashian-Jenner family’s time in the world of reality TV is coming to an end. The final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians arrives this month, and longtime fans are likely gearing up for what is sure to be a bittersweet experience. Though things may be winding down for the show, the farewell season is primed to be back with all the laughs, tears and drama fans have come to expect from the famous. This was evidenced by the first official trailer, which showed off a number of things, including Kim Kardashian -- who is in the midst of a divorce -- saying she feels like a “loser.”

As the final season approaches, there are probably a number of things the Kardashian faithful are thinking about, like whether or not Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick will end up together or whether Khloe Kardashian and boyfriend Tristian Thompson will have another baby. However, what fans are arguably most curious about is the season’s coverage of Kim Kardashian’s divorce from Kanye West. The starlet is going through a lot at the moment, and this is definitely evidenced in a particularly raw scene from the trailer above, which specifically sees her say, “I feel like a fucking loser.”

It should be pointed out that the trailer doesn’t specifically mention that Kim Kardashian is discussing divorce in the moment. However, there’s a strong implication that she is, and there’s evidence to back it up. While Keeping Up with the Kardashians has largely stayed away from tackling the more controversial aspects of her marriage to Kanye, it has been reported that their marital issues will be addressed during the final season. This will not, however, be a major storyline.

The idea that the season would tackle Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s final moments as a married couple isn’t too surprising. Given the intense media coverage of their relationship in recent months, the dissolution of their marriage has just become too big to ignore. So when it came to the final season, the producers likely opted not to bypass it completely.

After months of speculation, it was reported last month that Kim Kardashian had officially filed for divorce from Kanye West. Insiders allege that the reason for the split is that West “is not willing to do the hard work and compromise.” Meanwhile, another source claims that “what they want in life and for their kids doesn't always match.”

At present, the two seem to be in the early stages of the divorce proceedings. What we know at the moment is that the couple is seeking joint custody of their four children. It’s also been reported that Kim Kardashian may be the one to end up with the couple’s Hidden Hills home.

Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ final season likely won’t be able to cover anything from the proceedings, but it’s a safe bet that fans can expect some details about the lead-up to the divorce. Needless to say, the family’s farewell season is going to be very interesting.

The final season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians premieres March 18th at 8 p.m. ET on E!.
