Keeping Up With The Kardashians' final season is here, and with its arrival came the inside scoop on some of the big drama that's been happening in the sisters' lives over the past year. This included Scott Disick's breakup from Sofia Richie, which unexpectedly led to some intriguing thoughts from Kim Kardashian about how she felt about Kourtney Kardashian and Scott's co-parenting situation.

The moment came when the family was hanging out on the patio of a friend's house on vacation, where Kris Jenner, Corey Gamble and the gang were discussing the drama in Disick's relationship with Richie. According to Disick, Richie was upset about how much time he spent with Kourtney, to the point that he would go on vacation with her family. Gamble asked Kim for her take on the whole situation, and Kim responded (with neither party present) perhaps not knowing she'd have a divorce with Kanye West looming just around the corner:

If I was in Sophia’s shoes I would be like ‘This is absolutely not normal and I can’t take it.’ I wouldn’t want to be with someone that was like vacationing with their ex, and just them together. I get the spending time with the kids and I would encourage them to spend as much time with his kids as possible. But then I think about ‘Well what would I want if that was my situation,’ you know?...I mean in Kourtney’s shoes I still think that there should be a bit more structure if they’re not [together]. I mean I love how open they are, and just like ‘Hey it’s normal,’ but it’s like as if they’re together but no sexual anything.

Kim Kardashian was blunt and didn't mince words that she totally understood why Sofia Richie would be uncomfortable with sister Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick's relationship. Additionally, she seemed to think the two are a little too close for two people who aren't together and suggested if she were in that situation, it would be different.

Given these statements in the Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiere, perhaps it's not surprising that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West aren't doing the whole co-parenting thing quite like Kourtney and Scott at this point, or even her other sister Khloé Kardashian and NBA star Tristan Thompson have done. This may be why recent reports have stated the two do not hang out with their children together, and apparently haven't even directly contacted each other as of late.

And while hearts and minds can change in time, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiere definitely gave the vibe that Kim Kardashian is more the type not to keep the father of her children around for all occasions, which isn't incredibly out of the norm for a divorced couple. It may also be healthier overall in this instance.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians airs on E! Thursdays at 8:00 p.m. ET. The final season is sure to have some twists and turns, though the one thing fans shouldn't expect is that the family is ready to walk away from television just yet. There aren't official details on that yet, but be sure to check out how to keep up with the Kardashian clan on streaming here.
