Have you ever wondered “What the hell was Britney thinking?” at any point during the pop-stars overly public career? Apparently Spears has wondered that herself and now she’s giving fans some straight answers. This November, MTV is going to air a documentary that digs into the celebrity’s life as it is right now.
MTV posted the news, stating that the documentary, which is tentatively titled Britney Spears: For the Record, will air on November 30th on MTV at 10 PM ET. The premiere will fall just a few days before Spears’ new album Circus.
Spears, who is teaming up with MTV on the 90-minute documentary, told MTV News, "So much has gone on over the last couple of years and there's a lot that people don't know about me that I want them to know. I wanted to make this film because I started to feel like I wasn't being seen in the light that I wanted to be seen in. This is an opportunity to set the record straight and talk about what I've been through and where I'm headed."
The documentary will include personal stories, behind-the-scenes videos of what’s been going on with her recent comeback as well as footage of her in the recording studio, on press tours and a video shoot.
There’s a trailer posted at MTV.com.
