Celebrity Apprentice Men Record Single For Charity

Outside of a few needed confrontations with wild man Gary Busey, the men’s team on Celebrity Apprentice got along incredibly well the entire season. They pounded shots of tequila, fought hard for their charities and laughed it up as they watched the Nene and Star-led women squabble amongst themselves. With only four remaining contestants, each player is on his own now, but that doesn’t mean they aren’t still hanging out and banding together for the common good.

Celebrity Apprentice finalists John Rich, Meatloaf and Lil Jon have joined their fallen brother Mark McGrath in the recording of a Team Backbone single called “Standing In The Storm”. A blending of hip-hop, country, pop and rock, the track encompasses all the musicians’ styles. It’s available for purchase on iTunes and all the profits will be split between the four men’s charities.

The first half of the Celebrity Apprentice finale airs this Sunday on NBC. Its scheduled to feature the three remaining men along with solo female holdout Marlee Matlin.
