David Tennant Rumored As Ed Norton's Hulk Replacement![]()
In the same article where they revealed the first photo of the Thor cast the LA Times buried another big story about who may end up playing Hulk in Avengers now that Edward Norton is gone. Some of the names are no surprise, we’ve heard them before. But what about David Tennant?
Tennant is best known for playing The Doctor on three seasons of the BBC’s new Doctor Who. To put it mildly, he was brilliant. The guy deserves a shot at a big, Hollywood role. Could this be it? The Times offers no explanation for their name dropping, they merely list him as one of the people rumored for the part along with Joaquin Phoenix, Adrien Brody, Nathan Fillion, and David Tennant. Yes please, to pretty much any of those. But in particular, I’d love to see 39-year-old Scot David Tennant.
