The X Factor Season 2 Promo Has Britney Spears Front And Center

The new promo for the upcoming season of The X Factor is all about Britney. Even the background music for the promo is classic Britney; Baby One More Time plays in the background while clip after clip of Spears looking adorable in curls flashes by. So what kind of judge will Britney be?

Judging from the promo, she’ll be sweet even when she doesn’t have anything nice to say. She’s shown raving over a few performers and asking one how he got on stage. Then – wait, is that Britney blushing when she tells a couple of young males she’d like to wake up to them in the morning?



Love her or hate or, Britney certainly has plenty of eyes on X Factor’s second season, set to premiere on Fox September 12th. Since she was announced as the new judge there have been several stories attempting to paint her as a diva on the set, and one where she appeared a bit frazzled by a drag queen doing one of her songs. The real question is, can she live up to the hype as a judge? Will she need to walk off stage or have on-screen meltdowns to interest viewers, or is sweet, cutesy Brit enough?
