Once Upon A Time Season 2 Promo Features Fire, Magic And New Characters

"Magic is coming to the town of Storybrooke, and there's no telling what will be unleashed." Or so says this new promo for the upcoming second season of Once Upon a Time. The video gives us a look at some suspenseful moments, and a tiny peek at a character that seems likely to be a villain…

When Season 1 ended (spoiler alert if you aren't caught up!), the curse on Storybrooke was lifted, and the characters would all presumably get their memories back and the knowledge of who they are. How will that affect the story going forward? My guess is, pretty majorly. But don't take my word for it. Watch the promo below to catch a glimpse of some of the new and returning characters, some dramatic moments and a tiny peek at a certain metal-limbed villain.

Is it safe to assume that Captain Hook will be a villain? It's probably not safe to assume anything with Once, so we'll have to wait and see. But the glimpse of the hook certainly hinted at something scary on the way. Speaking of scary, the Evil Queen seems to be back to her villainous ways, with her "Here she is!" moment (and everyone cowering in fear). We also got a brief look at newcomers Sarah Bolger (Sleeping Beauty) and Jamie Chung (Mulan).

Fire, a wolf, an angry knife, someone screaming, and an angry Rumelstiltskin. There doesn't seem to be any shortage of drama ahead for the series, and I'm sure that's just how fans like it.

Once Upon a Time returns for Season 2 on Sunday, September, 20 at 8/7c. on ABC.
