Now that Crackdown 2's release date has been announced, it's time for Microsoft and Ruffian to address all the unanswered questions about the game. They're doing so through three video documentaries.

The first vid doc, "Fun with Friends" was released today. Ruffian Games Creative Director Billy Thomson, Producer James Cope, Senior Engineer David Hynd and Senior Mission Designer Dean Smith explain the game's multiplayer. Crackdown 2 will feature 16-player competitive multiplayer as well as 4-player co-op. The PvP offering includes an interesting mode called "Rocket Tag."

Crackdown 2 will arrive on Xbox 360's throughout the world in early July.
