Microsoft is proudly showing off Xbox 360 exclusive Crackdown 2 at Tokyo Game Show. Feel free to ooh and ahh at the new footage and screenshots.

The screenshots confirm what was hinted at in the trailer: some sort of deadly infection has taken hold of the city and turned average citizens into monsters. It's up to the super-powered Agents to keep this epidemic under control. The Agents have apparently realized that wearing a helmet is a good idea when you're jumping off rooftops and getting in firefights.

The new video, shot by GameVideos, shows two minutes of Crackdown 2's multiplayer. It's a straight up deathmatch, with players trading gunfire as they Matrix leap from building to building. Looks fun and all but I'm interested to see what the more exotic competitive multiplayer modes will be like.
