Good Luck Chuck Likes Love In An Elevator

I don’t know what to make of Good Luck Chuck. The not-so-subtle humor of their posters is amusing and I want to like Dane Cook, but the premise of Jessica Alba as “an accident prone penguin specialist” just sounds too absurd; almost as absurd as the movie’s concept itself: Chuck is a “good luck charm” for women, who will find true love after sleeping with Chuck?

Regardless, the movie is rapidly approaching, hitting theaters on September 21st. Lionsgate has released a third poster for the movie – one you’re probably more likely to actually see in theaters, as opposed to the previous two. The sexual humor is a little more subdued and – bonus – the Photoshop work isn’t so bad on this one that it makes people think the stars weren’t photographed together.

The official Good Luck Chuck website has also gone live and has some neat little options, like sending loved ones postcards and soundtrack information for all of you who see the movie and then come here asking, “What song was this?” You can find the official website at http://www.lionsgate.com/goodluckchuck.

Here’s a thumbnail of the third poster for Good Luck Chuck, where Chuck seems to take his cue from the old Aerosmith song. Click on it to see the big version.
