Hugh Laurie, the star of the Fox TV hit House, won’t get to be Perry White after all. With his TV show’s 2nd season beginning two months earlier than expected, Laurie will give up the role as editor-in-chief of the Daily Planet.
Before you Singer haters do a happy dance, Singer also happens to produce Laurie’s TV show. So technically, Singer hasn’t been bested yet. No word yet on possible replacements. Hmm… I wonder what X-Men star could Singer lure next? What’s Ray Park up to these days?
