The surprises continue this week in SHOCKtober. Last week Woman Thou Art Loosed snuck its way on to the top ten, this week it’s the import The Motorcycle Diaries. The flick opened on four screens in late September and is currently on just a little over a hundred and sixty screens. With Shaun of the Dead, Loosed, and now Diaries...that makes three limited releases on this week's list. There are other limited releases that came close to being on there too. It’s definitely a strange month.

Last week I said it was either gonna be a Shark repeat or Billy Bob, well Billy Bob got devoured. Jimmy Fallon’s headlining debut and Hilary Duff’s latest teeny boppin’ flick all opened modestly but not big... which is as expected. Next week, it’s all about the puppets. Look for the World Police to deliver “the head, the tail, the whole damn thing” to the reigning B.O. champ. Enough yappin’, here’s this week’s Top Ten...
