The beautiful high end escort, or Companion, Morena Baccarin is returning to television in a remake of the 80s miniseries Visitors. Morena, who is most known to fans as Inara on Joss Whedon’s Firefly, will take on the role of Anna. As leader of the Visitors she is highly knowledgeable about human culture and media manipulation. Makes sense that the media savvy leader of the aliens would be the stunning Baccarin.
It looks like the crew of Capt. Reynolds’ firefly are almost all accounted for. Over the course of the past few years Adam Baldwin and Nathan Fillion have continually proven that their charm on screen wasn’t a result of only Whedon’s talent. Morena may have been the pretty girl on the show, but every scene with Fillion she held her own and I have no doubt she’ll do the same with V. We just have to hope the show is good.
