Earlier this week Fox confirmed a PG-13 rating for Live Free or Die Hard. We didn’t report it because, well, what was there really to report – we’d all been expecting it. Everyone had been told it would be a PG-13 flick. It really only would have been noteworthy if suddenly someone pulled their head out of their ass and gave it permission for an R rating. Sadly, that didn’t happen.
Fox is going one step further in signing the death warrant for their film – they’ve put two of the opening scenes online for you to watch. Almost every time I’ve seen a movie’s opening scenes released on line, it’s been a death sentence, and now Fox is doing it with Live Free or Die Hard.
The scenes are located on Yahoo, although the site doesn’t have them listed on Yahoo Movies and they appear subtitled, so they don’t look completely on the up and up. Oh, and they are direct stream only, which means they start and stop a lot – so much so that just about everyone here who has tried to watch them has given up.
Still, we wouldn't be us if we didn’t put them out there for you to look at. Click the links below (courtesy of Coming Soon) to see about ten minutes worth of Live Free or Die Hard in streaming Windows Media format… or wait until June 27th to see it like the rest of us

Why would they rate it a PG-13?
I can't still wait for this movie, we all know its going to beat all the other previous major titles this year.
Namely Spiderman 3, Oceans 13, Pirates of the Caribbean 3, Next, Ghostrider and more.
We all know that this year is the year of the flop - thats right! Name one movie you've seen that's worthy of watching?
You know, I was thinking, we need to market different streams where people can create their own movies and ideas so that we may have proper entertainment not with directors that these large companies choose.
