Don't Trust The B---- In Apartment 23 Cast Finds An Escape In ABC's Promotional Photo

Those who are looking forward to ABC’s new comedy Don’t Trust the B*tch in Apartment 23 will be happy to know the series has a premiere date and this cute new cast photo. Now all it needs is an shortened version of the title for reference purposes. Does Apartment 23 work? Or just 23?


 Apartment 23 follows June (Dreama Walker), a girl who moves to New York and ends up living with Chloe (Krysten Ritter), a roommate who proves to be fairly sneaky and (you guessed it) untrustworthy. On an amusingly random side-note that isn’t so much a side-note as it is a relevant point about the series, James Van Der Beek plays himself in the comedy. While that is a selling point, I’m still more exited about Krysten Ritter, but only because I’ve adored her since Veronica Mars (a feeling reaffirmed by later roles, including Starz' short-lived Gravity and Season 2 of AMC's Breaking Bad).

ABC has the half-hour comedy set to premiere on Wednesday, April 11th, putting it in the timeslot shared by Cougar Town and Happy Endings. With Cougar Town making its earlier-than-expected return on Valentine’s Day and settling in on Tuesdays, that leaves the post-Modern Family half-hour open once Happy Endings vacates the spot.
