One thing in short supply in the gaming industry are slow-motion shots of vans falling off bridges. Fortunately, Inception director Christopher Nolan is set to fill the void.

"One thing we are looking at doing is developing a video game based on the world of [Inception], which has all kinds of ideas that you can't fit into a feature film," Nolan told Variety. "That's something we've been talking about and are looking at doing long-term, in a couple of years."

The film has grossed over $750 million worldwide since its premiere this summer. When a film generates that kind of change, you're always going to hear some chatter about spin-offs. Inception distributor, Warner Bros. has their own internal video game publishing/development wing so it seems like it would be easy for Nolan to get hooked up with the right people on this.
