Comic Con: Splinter Cell Conviction Trailer Cracks Some SkullsAuthor: Pete Haas

Some of you might think that it's impossible for Splinter Cell protagonist Sam Fisher to get any more bad-ass. The latest trailer to Splinter Cell Conviction proves you are quite wrong.
In Conviction, Fisher leaves the Third Echelon to investigate the death of his daughter. While he won't have as many fancy gadgets, it also means he doesn't have to abide by any silly rules. If he needs information from you, he'll bash your skull in until you talk. If he doesn't need any information from you, you're even worse off. Though the game will still have plenty of stealthy action, it seems you'll be able to take the head-on approach more often than usual. Conviction's set to arrive later this year for the PC and Xbox 360. Ubisoft will hopefully narrow the release window down soon.
