Fight Night Round 4 Legacy Mode TrailerAuthor: William Usher

Every boxer can have a career but not every boxer becomes a legend…well, that’s according to Fight Night Round 4 producer, Mike Mahar. And in this newest Fight Night game, (as you’ll see in the trailer) the career mode offers many possibilities and becoming a legend is definitely one of them.
Mahar basically gives a walkthrough of the game’s process of taking a boxer through the completely revamped career mode. Gone are the rankless bouts that made you feel like you were moving through an endless sea of boxing redundancy. The new career mode will start at rank 50 and it’s up to players to move down the ranks as they see fit. Whole new training methods have been implemented and scheduling that a player can control and affect. All of this coincides to work as a new way to streamline a more challenging career mode for Fight Night fans. Like previous entries in the series, players can also use earnings to purchase and customize new aspects of their boxer. In addition to this, modifying the boxer’s training and stats can also be used to shift him into a new weight class. It’s actually a new setup that is leaps-and-bounds better than the stiff and stagnate career mode featured in Fight Night Round 3. You can check out the new video for Fight Night Round 4 featuring the new Legacy Career mode, below. You can look for the game to hit store shelves on June 25th for the Xbox 360 and PS3.
