Set between the 15th and 17th centuries, Uncharted Waters Online is about to offer up even more H20 in need of exploration as the Morning Calm update grants access to the land and sea of the Korean peninsula.

Known as the land of the morning calm (see what they did there?), the Korean peninsula will offer loads of new content for captains setting sail in Uncharted Waters Online, the free-to-play massively multiplayer online roleplaying game (MMORPG) from Tecmo Koei Games. Expect “majestic mountains and pure water,” as well as new skills to learn, adventures to go on and lands to explore.

The Morning Calm expansion will offer three new towns for players to visit, including Hanyang, Busan and Pohang, as well as brand new ships to command including the Stacked Turtle ship and Caoyun ship. You’ll also be able to dock your ship in territories such as West Pohang and the north coast of the Korean Peninsula. From there, new quests and dungeons await, including the Songsan-ri Tombs, Dragon Swallowtail, Sin Saimdang Folding Screen and Jeju Island.

If you’re looking to dive into Uncharted Waters Online, then it’s high tide, I mean high time you visit Netmarble or Steam and get to sailing. The game is free, so no harm in taking it for a test cruise. If you like what you see, then venture on over to the Korean peninsula to check out what the new Morning Calm content has to offer. And with that, I am officially out of sailing puns to keep this article afloat…I couldn’t resist just one more.
