Superman Gets Stalked By Helicopters In New Man Of Steel Image
Last year may have been all about The Avengers and Batman, but for some comic book fans there is no bigger film coming out in 2013 than Zack Snyder's Man of Steel. After a seven year absence from the big screen and a very long production period, Superman is finally getting set to make his big comeback this summer, and that means that over the next few months we can expect a barrage of images, posters, trailers, TV spots and more to hit the web. And in 2013 it all starts with a brand new still.
USA Today has posted their 2013 preview piece and in it they include a brand new look at Henry Cavill in the Superman suit, seemingly being checked out by two ominous helicopters. Check out the pic below and head over to the newspaper's website to see a bigger version.
Based on a script developed by Christopher Nolan and David S. Goyer, Man of Steel reaches back to once again tell the story of how an alien named Kal-El (Henry Cavill) arrived to Earth after being sent away from his home planet and learned to become to the humanity's savior, protecting the planet from evil Kryptonian General Zod (Michael Shannon). Amy Adams, Russell Crowe, Aylet Zurer, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Christopher Meloni, Antje Traue, Richard Schiff and Harry Lennix co-star in the movie, which will be in theaters on June 14.
