Girls Season 2, Episode 7: Video Games Promo

Last night's episode of Girls left Brooklyn and Manhattan for part of the episode as two characters explored Staten Island for a bit. Based on the promo for next Sunday's "Video Games," it looks like a couple of characters will be leaving the city completely for a family-related adventure that involves bunnies and awkwardness.

Jessa hasn't been having the best time of things, what with her marriage collapsing predictably quickly. Perhaps a trip to the country and a visit with family will do her some good. Or maybe it'll only make her feel worse. At the very least, it looks like she'll have Hannah with her for the adventure.

Ben Mendelsohn is guest starring as Jessa's estranged father, and Rosanna Arquette is playing his girlfriend, with whom Jessa apparently doesn't get along. That seems strange, since the woman appears to be a bit on the quirky side, and Jessa is nothing if not quirky herself. Maybe they're just different kinds of quirky. Arquette's character has some interesting views on rabbits and health, from what it looks like. Something tells me she's going to be a scene-stealer in this episode, which will hopefully give us further insight into Jessa's background.

No sightings of Shoshanna or Marnie. Will this episode focus entirely on Hannah and Jessa? It's possible, though we'll have to wait and see. In the meantime, you can read our full breakdown of last night's episode ("Boys") here.
