Michelle Obama has made her fair share of late night television appearances, but I’m guessing things are about to get a lot more fun for the First Lady. Obama is set to appear in an upcoming episode of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, a show known for it’s goofy charm and random games.

Obama may never have headed to NBC’s stage to tape for Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, but she has popped up on his program before, thanks to a taped video segment that followed the First Lady championing her “Let’s Move!” program, which encourages healthy eating and exercise. Of course, it’s difficult to champion exercise without actually exercising, and the segment featured a stair race, push-ups, tug-of-war, dodgeball and a potato sack race between Obama and Fallon at the White House. You can check out the full footage from the sketch, below.

Potato sack races are all fun and games, but sit down interviews often yield more information. According to the network, Obama will sit down for her first big interview with Fallon this Friday, February 22. Additionally, the lovely actress Scarlett Johansson will be sitting down with Fallon on Friday, so it should prove to be a pretty good episode if you have no other Friday night plans.

NBC’s Late Night With Jimmy Fallon airs weeknights at 12:35 a.m. ET.
