Cinderella Gets Another Chapter on DVD

We all love the Disney cartoon classics, but sometimes things turn out a little too polished by the end of the film. Ever wish things hadn’t turned out so well for Cinderella? Well, now’s your chance to find out how things might have turned out differently.

Walt Disney studios is releasing another sequel to the classic Cinderella which offers an alternate take on things. In Cinderella III: A Twist in Time, Cinderella’s evil stepmother gets her hands on the fairy godmother’s magic wand and turns back time. Now Cinderella must again find her Prince Charming while trying to break the Stepmother’s spell.

Cinderella III: A Twist in Time will be available on DVD on February 6th. Bonus materials on this release include:

Personally, I’m not a huge fan of Disney’s direct-to-video sequels, although some of them have been pretty good, especially the more recent ones. While I would still prefer to see the studio put out higher quality original movies, this might be worth a look. Besides – what little girl Disney fan doesn’t want to see more of the Princesses?
