Experience The Incredible Burt Wonderstone's Bed Bouncing Skills In New Game

It presumably won’t take any amount of elaborately constructed mirrors or intentional distraction to make The Incredible Burt Wonderstone a runaway hit. It’s directed by Don Scardino, a television veteran with who helmed a season and a half of 30 Rock throughout its run. Stars Steve Carrell and Jim Carrey are playing over-the-top comedic roles that still feel atypical to what we normally see them doing. Horrible Bosses writers Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley have proven themselves adept at high concept comedy. So what else could this film possibly need to assure its success?
If that answer is “a Flash animation game that features a lot of bouncing up and down on an enormous bed,” then everyone is in luck, as Warner Bros. recently unveiled Bed Down With Burt. In this strangely addictive game, players fill the role of Burt Wonderstone as he takes on that oh-so-common task of endlessly bouncing on a giant plush bed from a Vegas hotel room while coins rain down from the ceiling. Get certain poker chips for temporary power-ups but don’t get the one with Jim Carrey on it, and don’t fall off the bed. Those tips come from personal experience as well as being mentioned in the rules. It isn’t the most complicated game, but the off-kilter gravity and momentum keep it interesting.
And just for playing the game, you get the chance to add your face to a novelty promotional shot of Burt Wonderstone holding a sexy model. My personal image is below, for all your jealousy-inducing needs.
The Incredible Burt Wonderstone opens Friday, March 15, in theaters nationwide. Find other news, images, the trailer and more hidden up the sleeves of the Burt Wonderstone page by clicking here.
