Thompson's habit for illegal narcotics was stuff of legend, it wasn't included in his tale of a journalist figuring out life in San Juan, Puerto Rico. But while Thompson didn't include anything about adrenochrome or ether in the story, the book and film are called The Rum Diary for a reason. Want to know why? Check out the two new TV spots for the film below, courtesy of Movie Web.
