Horror geeks of all ages will have the opportunity for a walk-on role in the remake of The Crazies, thanks to an eBay acution through producer Participant Media and the chairty Auction Cause. According to THR, interested fans can bid for the part on eBay, and all proceeds will go to benefit Greenpeace. You don't actually get to be a zombie, but an everyday person made, well, crazy, by a chemical disaster. As Participant president Ricky Strauss explained it, "Since The Crazies deals with the dangers of bio-toxins, we're delighted to be able to offer fans the opportunity to realize their dreams of appearing in a horror film while supporting an organization dedicated to protecting the environment."
