Comedy Central Picks Tosh.0 Up For A Third Season

While the Comedy Central clip show Tosh.0 is still in its second season, the funny-network is happy enough with the series to give it a green light for season three.

If you’re unfamiliar with Tosh.0, I’d compare it to E!’s The Soup except for the happenings on the internet as opposed to TV and general pop culture references. Hosted by Daniel Tosh, each weekly episode showcases the current trends of the internet, ranging from viral videos to some of the more brilliant (or ridiculous) must-check-out web-fads online.

The second season of Tosh.0 is currently on hiatus but new episodes will return starting Wednesday, June 2nd at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT. As for the third season order, Comedy Central picked the series up for 29 episodes. That’s four more than the second season got.

"I am beyond thrilled about Season Three of 'Tosh.0,'" said Tosh. "COMEDY CENTRAL has been like a father to me; they pretend to support my comedy and I am pretty sure they have slept with my mom."
