In addition to having a premium cable network in common, both comedy series are full of quirky characters and cameo appearances by celebrities. We’ve got a clip from tomorrow night’s episodes.
Head Case centers on Dr. Goode, a therapist who uses some unorthodox methods to treat her many celebrity clients. The celebrities play themselves but their couch-sessions are fictional. In this week’s episode, Dr. Goode is working with Joel Madden, lead singer for Good Charlotte and the father of Nicole Richie’s baby.

Hollywood Residential centers on Tony King, a man aspiring to be a famous actor who makes his living as the host to a celebrity home-makeover show. In this week’s episode, the show visits Jamie Kennedy’s house.
As expected, Kennedy plays a little joke on the crew when they show up at his house:
