If you could ask Kyra Sedgwick or the people behind the hugely popular cable TV series ‘The Closer’ anything, what would it be? TVGuide.com is giving fans of the show the chance to talk to some of the cast of ‘The Closer’ as a way to get people pumped up for the new season which premieres later this month.
On Thursday, June 7th at 4:00 p.m. EST, fans can go to TVGuide.com and they should find a link sending them to the webcast. Fans will be invited to email their questions about the characters, the show and the third season and watch the cast of the show answer them live.
Set to participate in the webcast is the show’s star and Golden Globe winner, Kyra Sedgwick along with her costars, Jon Tenney, J.K. Simmons, Corey Reynolds, Robert Gossett, G.W. Bailey, Tony Denison, Raymond Cruz and Michael Paul Chan. Also present will be ‘The Closer’ creator and executive producer, James Duff.
‘The Closer’ centers on CIA-trained Deputy Police Chief Brenda Leigh Johnson (played by Sedgwick). Johnson is from Atlanta but now works as a detective in a special unit in the LAPD, which handles high-profile murder cases. She’s got a real knack for getting people to give up confessions.
The third season of ‘The Closer’ will premiere on TNT on Monday, June 18, at 9 p.m.
