Our Top 10 Favorite Super Bowl Ads Include M&Ms, Audi Vampires And Clint Eastwood

While it’s likely that Giants fans are dancing in the streets, Super Bowl XLVI was also a good day for commercial debuts. From naked M&M’s to Ferris Bueller, Darth Vader, and vampires, there were some very entertaining ads today. I picked ten of my favorites. Check them out ahead and sound off in the comments section if I left out one of your favorites!

Audi fights the vampires. The vampires scampering up the tree is a clever nod to Twilight, but then the vampires are all blasted to dust when briefly basking in the glow of Audi’s headlights...

Ferris Bueller returns for Honda. Some might say he’s selling at for making his grand return to pop culture through a commercial, but the ad is filled with so many great nods to the film that he gets a pass.

Volkswagen’s dog strikes back. The pup found his weight was literally holding him back. He put in the work and it paid off. But Vader doesn’t seem to appreciate the challenge...

The brown M&M makes her debut. And she’s not naked! But her natural look does inspire Red to lose his shell. It’s funny, risque and there’s dancing. Win.

Hyundai’s Cheetah chooses a race it can win. Watching an animal get the best of a human is always good for a laugh.

TaxACT’s kid in a pool. When you gotta go, you gotta go. What does it have to do with taxes? Not very much but it’s funny.

Grad mistakes his neighbor’s Camaro for his graduation gift. Disappointment is eminent for that recent grad, but his reaction, which spread like wildfire to his friends and girlfriend, is fairly priceless.

A vintage cartoon gathering. Met Life has a winner in this ad, which begins with the Peanuts gang and then begins to (re)introduce classic cartoon characters. From Thundercats to Looney Tunes, Scooby-Doo and many more, it’s a field of cartoon dreams!

Samsung believes in a thing called love. And the Darkness returns! The best moment comes at the end, after the explosion of music an happiness erupts and one man is left standing (or sitting), unimpressed.

Clint Eastwood motivates us for the second half. Chrysler gets serious with their ad, which aired during halftime and has Clint Eastwood talking about tough times and rallying together. It’s motivational and inspirational!

11. Honorable Mention. While this ad didn’t air in the U.S., Budweiser Canada’s Flash Fans ad needs to get a mention because it’s so great. Budweiser gave two rec hockey teams a chance to feel like they're playing in the pros. I can't seem to get through it without tearing up.
