CBS is adding a new sitcom to their Monday night lineup. The show is titled ‘Rules of Engagement’ and will star one of Hollywood’s most sarcastic comedian-slash-actors, David Spade. ‘Engagement’ will join ‘The Class,’ ‘How I Met Your Mother’ and ‘Two and a Half Men’ on CBS’s Monday night comedy line-up.
The show will center on a group of five friends who include one newly engaged couple, a married couple and their single friend. David Spade is no stranger to sitcoms. Following his years as one of the stars of ‘Saturday Night Live,’ Spade went on to star in ‘Just Shoot Me’ and more recently, ‘8 Simple Rules.’ Along with Spade, ‘Rules of Engagement’ also includes ‘Grounded For Life’s’ Megyn Price.
‘Rules of Engagement’ will premiere Monday, February 5th at 9:30 PM ET/PT.
