In preparation for tonight's premiere of Community, Cinema Blend has brought audiences John Goodman, we’ve brought you musical clips, and we’ve brought you cast interviews fraught with unhopeful Back to the Future episode strategies. I think it's safe to assume many of us are on board.

What we haven’t brought you yet is an interview with quieter cast member Yvette Nicole Brown, who plays Shirley on the NBC program. In the following video, TV Line talks to Brown about her character in the upcoming season and what antics are planned. Also discussed is the Jury Prize Emmy Community received -- hey, at least it's something. Before the set had a sad sign with no nominations on it!

TV Line also talks to Brown about the appearance of the new Biology professor, played by The Wire’s Michael K. Williams. The video is only a minute long, so if you’re interested in a few tidbits, check it out below.

Community’s third season premieres tonight, September 22nd at 8 p.m. ET on NBC. Although, I guess if you’re a fashionable American, there’s always soccer instead.
