Readers may remember that a man escaped from a German prison by hiding in a cardboard box like Solid Snake in November. Want to hear something even more ridiculous? It happened again.

According to the Telegraph, double murder suspect Jean-Pierre Treiber hid himself in a box that he made at workshop in a high security prison in Burgundy, France. The unnaturally heavy box was then loaded onto a truck, which Treiber jumped off while in transit.

Obviously we feel bad for the friends and family of the people Treiber allegedly (okay, probably) killed. However, you should save at least a little bit of sympathy for the prison guard supervisor who has to remind his subordinates to check boxes for hidden double murderers.
