When a game kicks as much ass as Wii Fit at retail, you can bet a sequel's on the way. Today Nintendo officially announced Wii Fit Plus.

Wii Fit Plus adds new strength and yoga exercises, as well as fifteen new games to test your balance. It will have a locker room feature, which presumably allows you to compare stats with friends online. Or maybe it just allows you to check out Miis while they're dressing. Either's cool with us.

It'll be sold separately and bundled with the Wii Fit balance board. Apparently Plus was mentioned late last week in an article from the Nikki Shimbun. The article mentioned that it would arrive this fall.
