Double Fine and Sega have let loose their latest collaboration of deadly adventures and puzzling platform antics with the neat little game, The Cave. The game itself is a break away from the typical blockbusters invading the marketplace and it kindles some of that fire that made games like Limbo and Shadow Complex worthwhile experiences throughout this current generation of gaming.

Players will assemble a team of explorers and head neck deep into the dark recesses of the cave. Players will explore, solve puzzles, uncover truths and have a heck of a lot of fun with friends with some nice cooperative play. You can check out the launch trailer for the game below.

The Cave looks kind of fun. I really love games that make use of physics, especially when it's free-forming and not part of some scripted event. The character designs and level setups also look pretty engaging. My only concern is whether or not the game will be highly replayable, as that's really the most important part about any game out there...whether or not it's worth replaying again.

You can grab a copy of The Cave right now for home consoles or PC for $14.99. Need to learn more? Feel free to visit the Official Website.
