Playlogic Entertainment announced today that the new website for the brutally hilarious hack-and-slash, four-player co-op fairytale fighting game has gone live. The new website will work as a hub for all things fighting within the interactive fairytale realm.

Rogier Smit, executive vice president for Playlogic commented in the press release, saying…
“Fairytale Fights is the creative brainchild of our talented development team at Playlogic Game Factory and that’s why we wanted it to be the first next-gen title that Playlogic builds in-house from the ground up,”…. “The game combines a truly unique storyline and fantasy environment with simple intuitive controls to offer players a whole new level of bloody slice-and-dice gaming.”

Due out this fall for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, Fairytale Fights is a gory alternate take on classic fairytale characters and stories. Volumetric liquids also work as interactive entities, with players being able to use spilled blood, acid and other non-solid material to slip, slide and burn their way through hordes of enemies. The game also sports online and offline four-player cooperative play. Not a bad sounding game.

You can check out the Official Fairytale Fights Website for more info on the game. And be sure to stay tuned in with Blend Games for further news, updates, insight and media regarding all things gaming.
