Jet combat game Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. will be getting first downloadable content later this week. Considering how little advance notice we were given of the DLC, which adds six new planes, it would've been appropriate for one of those planes to be a stealth bomber but alas.

The new content is dubbed the "European Assault Pack DLC" and adds stylish flying contraptions such as the FB-22 and Saab-37 Viggen. It will be made available for both the PS3 and Xbox 360 on Thursday, April 23rd for 400 Microsoft Points ($5). Joystiq says that Ubisoft sent out pictures entitled "American Eagles" and "Russian Falcons" along with the press release so expect more plans to be released in the future.

H.A.W.X. was released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 on March 6th so it's possible many of you already completed and shelved the game by now. However, like the hint website Ubisoft unveiled last week, it's a good treat for you Johnny-Come-Latelys.
