Subscribe To Fake Stabbing Video At My Soul To Take Premiere Is Just Plain Dumb Updates
Now that we live in a world where viral marketing is king, Hollywood is always trying to find new and creative ways to sell their product. We've seen secret websites, public meet-ups and videos all trying to spread the word. That said, I'm not sure if I've seen one dumber than the one for My Soul To Take.

YouTube user JohnnyH490 has posted a video titled "Stabbing at 'my soul to take' movie premiere!!!" What it essentially boils down to is Wes Craven and crew taking pictures while two guys in the middle of a fight enter the frame. Getting more and more heated, one man then takes out a knife and stabs the other before running away and leaving the other man lying on the ground bleeding. Not only is the concept egregiously dumb (why would it be okay to videotape a guy getting stabbed to death and put it on YouTube?) but blood is the color of Hawaiian Punch and the knife is obviously plastic, determined both from the look and the sound it makes when it hits the ground.

Check out the video below if you want to see a perfect example of bad marketing.
