Jackie Chan Back To Operation Condor

At some point Jackie Chan is going to be too old to keep pulling off stunts, but if it's coming we haven't gotten there yet. He's lining his body up for more abuse by planning another sequel to his Hong Kong classic Operation Condor, according to MonkeyPeaches.

For me, Condor 2 was my first real introduction to Chan. It got a limited run here in the US in the 90s, and I was there in the theater with my teenage friends, throwing popcorn and rooting him on. That's not to say the movie was any good, it's good in the way that Snakes in a Plane is good, which is to say not at all. That's half the fun.

If it happens, this will be the third movie in his Operation Condor series. The films cast Chan as a tough secret agent stuck in an unbelievably stupid plot. The stories may be lame, but Chan's insanely fast moves have kept it incredibly entertaining. If he's slowed down with age, it's going to be hard to deliver more of that.

The second movie was directed and co-written by Chan, and he'll do it again for the third. Right now he's just talking about it, gathering up his group of friends and collaborators and gauging their interest.
