Own A Piece Of Hollywood History

Want to own a piece of Hollywood history? A parade of iconic movie props, costumes, and more is going up for auction on December 11th, giving fans the opportunity to own parts of their favorite movies ranging from Batman’s cowl (Batman Begins), Luke’s lightsaber (Star Wars), and rare printings of Lord of the Rings, James Bond, and Harry Potter novels.

These auctions always catch my eye, but aren’t much good to me because I’m woefully underpaid for all of my clever online rhetoric. Actually, I can’t imagine spending tens of thousands of dollars on movie props, costumes, and such, but that’s probably just because I don’t have the money to spare. Having Bruce Lee’s notebook would be a pretty cool piece to show off.

The auction, brought to you by Profiles in History, the number one company in the world for authentic Hollywood memorabilia. Worldwide bidding begins at 12:00pm PST on December 11th, which can . be placed in person, via mail, phone, fax or live on the Internet through eBay Live Auctions.

Here’s a list of a variety of the things being offered, as well as the expected range the item is expected to collect in auction. If you’re planning on bidding - good luck!
