Quentin Tarantino is out and about with the geeks at Comic Con, doing what he loves best: Announcing new projects.
Cinematical says QT is planning two brand new Kill Bill movies. The first will a prequel, expanding on the backstory of Bill. The second will be a sequel, continuing the Bride's sword slashing adventures.
Since it's Quentin, he's probably got bloody, gory, overly-vicious anime in mind as his chosen medium. Probably something along the lines of O-Ren's story in Kill Bill Vol. 1.
Don't hold your breath though. Quentin is quick to tout something new on his horizon, but most of the stuff he claims to be working on never pans out. For a change, this is one QT announcement that I actually hope turns out to be nothing but smoke.
