Flash Forward

is the most promising of ABC’s slate of new shows. It’s at least the one I’m most interested in. I’ve come to realize that such hope for a new series from me is usually a death knell, so I apologize ahead of time to the creators. ABC is pushing this show, giving it a prime spot just before Grey’s Anatomy on the fall schedule. Usurping Ugly Betty’s slot likely means that the network hopes FF will straddle the gender divide in a way similar to Lost.
