Next week, the fourteenth edition of The Bachelor is set to premiere as fans of last season’s Bachelorette will get to see whether or not Jack Pavelka manages to find love this time around.
This seasons Bachelor, titled “On the Wings of Love” features commercial pilot (get it?... Wings?... of love?) Jake Pavelka as he attempts to find love among the twenty-five women hoping to get one of his roses. Jake was one of the non-winners of last season’s Bachelorette. If you didn’t watch the season, below is ABC’s rather extensive background synopsis on Jake’s attempt to woo Jillian. The handsome commercial pilot from Dallas -- and America's most hopeful romantic -- will star in his own bid for true love, choosing from among 25 bachelorettes, when "The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love" premieres on ABC in January 2010. This will be the 14th edition of ABC's hit romance reality series. The identity of the new Bachelor was revealed on last night's Dancing with the Stars the Results Show.Ever since Jake, 31, shared a magical one-on-one date with Bachelorette Jillian Harris to see Martina McBride, millions of women have had their Top Gun fantasies about him.
